4 Reasons Why I Love Being An Independent Insurance Agent
1.) I Help You Protect Your Loved Ones
I’m going to be honest with you – I first started working for State Farm back in 2012 for two reasons: To sell insurance I didn’t have to have a degree, and I saw a good income potential from it.
Nowadays, it means so much more to be an insurance professional. I look forward to helping families protect their loved ones with life insurance. I love helping someone make sure that their brand new whip is fully covered. It’s not just an opportunity for a paycheck, it’s also an opportunity to go above and beyond to make sure that you’re protected from anything that life can throw at you.
2.) I Get to Be a Part of My Community
If you need an agent or agency that is always in their office, then we may not be the best fit for you. What I mean by this is that we are out in our community – we love getting to meet new people!
However, we are always accessible whenever you need to get in touch with us. We are here for you anytime day or night.
3.) I Work For You
BlueLake insurance represents over 40 different companies! Representing more companies allows us to actually represent you because we have options.
When I decided to open an insurance agency I knew that I wanted to open an independent agency because I knew that I wanted to offer my clients choices when it came to their insurance. I had spent time at 3 different companies that only allowed me to offer one option and I knew that wasn’t the best option for the customer.
This means you’re my boss! Would you mind letting me know how I’m doing here?
4.) I get to Make a Difference
I help you make big choices when it comes to insurance but I also get to help in other ways!
One opportunity that is coming up soon that we are helping with is #OneMoreSmith! On June 9th, we are participating as a title sponsor at the #OneMoreSmith golf tournament. Patrick and Courtney Smith will be adopting a little girl in a little over two months and we can’t wait to help them bring her home. You can help by checking out their facebook page!
